So it sounds like by Q2 of 2007, we’ll have Proof, D’Acqua, Central, Oyamel, and possibly Vapiano and the new Thai place in the Artisan. Any others? THINKfoodTANK is also brewing, but who knows when/if that will open. We may not have a grocery store, but 2007 will be a great year, culinarily speaking!

Considering the wide range of restaurants, both in cusine and cost, real GP residents eat out every meal.
