Anon: it is likely that the temp closing of E Street was related to the building permit. Often, we get the building permit updates after the work has already started or been completed.
Anyone know of any updates on the Balducci space – about 3 weeks ago the blog reported that JPI would announce who they were signing a lease with, within the next 3-4 weeks. So any updates? Has there been any effort to get the city to pressure JPI or convince Magruders?
915 E St crane activity (at the Artisan) – lifting larger industrial heat pumps and add’l patio stones to the roof. Heat pump intended for the McDonalds – according to the workers.
Oh goodie, more McDonalds…who needs a groccery store when you have cheap fast food….ugghh!!! ;-( just when we were trying to get rid of the other one!

Anyone know if the temp closing of E ST last weekend is related to the listing for 915 E St listed in the posting? Any idea what they’re hoisting?
I saw several cranes last weekend there, but they’ were not lifting anything when I walked by.
