T-Mobile Gets Verizon-Envy In Gallery Place

Verizon sidewalk ads?! T-Mobile isn’t going to take Verizon’s sidewalk advertising blitz sitting down. So, for the Wizards vs Cavaliers Playoff Game Round 1 this weekend, T-Mobile peppered the sidewalks around the Verizon Center with cute 2×2 feet nylon sticker ads. They peel right off!

According to the WaPo article, companies must receive a permit from the mayor to proceed with a sidewalk ad campaign. GPLiving doesn’t know how to check to see if T-Mobile got the permit, so we can’t determine if T-Mobile is violating City code.
