While visiting http://www.crimeindc.org I zoomed in on the current location of 450 Massachusetts Ave. Where the Meridian is. The map labels this spot as St. Peters Catholic Cemetary.
Google-ing this with DC brought me to a link (USGS) that listed this as a historical site, ie formerly a cemetary
