Penn Quarter Restaurant Recipe of the Week – Cinco de Mayo is next Sunday so it seems appropriate to direct readers to a video and recipe for making Oyamel’s Margarita. The link is to an older story and some may wish to swap in their favorite type of tequila, but the basic recipe remains the same. You also get to learn how to make salt air. Yum!
