It’s not temporary — 950 F Street is the Atlantic Building which abuts Ford’s Theatre on 10th.
Ford’s Theatre has signed a long term lease to build a lobby in the first floor of the Atlantic building. It will have a box office, concessions, gift shop, seating and rest rooms. It will also house an elevator for handicap access to the balcony. I’ve heard that elevator will also have direct access to the parking garage.
