- A Seattle’s Best Coffee is going up next to Ruth Chris’ Steak House (around 9th and G Pl, roughly across from Zaytinya). They look like they are pretty advanced in building out the space.

I like Seattle’s Best and I am happy to see more businesses come into the area. At least we don’t have Starbucks coffee houses popping up across the street from eachother like they are in Dupont.
How much coffee does one neighborhood need? How about different retail and food establishmnets? Or a coffee lounge like Tryst? It’s a bit maddening.
Man. I’m about to OD on coffee in C-Town. We need another cofee shop like we need a gym/fitness center. Glad to see business is booming in C-Town.

Do we need another coffee house – one Starbucks too many plus the Columbian coffee house across the street from Starbucks on 7th and E. And already “dead” is the coffee house that was supposed to be opened on 7th Street in front of Verizon Center
