Art In Heat Opens Tomorrow At The Warehouse Gallery!
An eclectic mix of 18 emerging and established artists from the Washington, DC, area combine forces for “Art in Heat!” Join the artists for the opening reception on Saturday, June 30, from 7 – 11pm at the Warehouse Gallery. There will be drink specials at the bar, and DJ Adam will keep the party going late into the night. Art in Heat will be on display through July 30, and there is no charge for admission.
The Warehouse Gallery is located at: 1021 7th St NW

I’m looking forward to it too.. I think it’s one of the best collections of local artists this year.
this is SO exciting…..finally, a show of meaningful and representational (a.k.a. non-abstract) art in DC. yeah!
Mrs Columbo & I hit this event Saturday night, lots of fun. Good turnout, fun art, interesting people, $4 beers. Prices on the art varied greatly, but this event made me realize I don’t attend these local artist events nearly enough.
Any word on whether the owners have made in progress as incorporating as a noprofit or possible for profit corportation in anticipation of finding a new location?
