Civilian Art Projects Moves To Warehouse Arts Complex

The closing of Penn Quarter’s Apartment Zero also meant that the 3rd floor tenant in the same building, Civilian Art Projects, needed to find a new home. PQ residents will be happy to learn that they have just relocated a few blocks up the street at the Warehouse Arts Complex (1019 7th St NW). Also coming to the Arts Complex is a new neighborhood bar named The Passenger (1021 7th St NW).
